How quickly will I hear back?

Within 24 hours, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST. I am closed on Sunday. If you send a message on a Sunday it will be answered on Monday morning.

Do I need to know my birth time?

Accepted Answer

Only for KP astrology, the complete written report, and the astrological half of a marriage compatibility reading, all of which calculate a chart from the moment of birth. If you do not know your birth time, tell us and I will work out which of the ten services is still worth doing. Numerology works from your birth date and full birth name alone, and so do mobile numerology, name correction and Vastu.

Can I pay before we speak?

I do not ask for payment until a booking is confirmed and a time is agreed. There is no advance fee to unlock a prediction, and nobody from this practice will contact you claiming to forecast a disaster unless you have specifically asked for a Prashna Kundali question reading.

Question 4

What if I am not sure which service I need?

Accepted Answer

Send the question in the message field and I will tell you which service fits, or which ones do not. That is a normal thing to ask and it does not commit you to anything. If a service is not the right fit for what you are asking, I will say so rather than take the fee.

Question 5

Is it safe to send my birth details over this form?

Accepted Answer

Birth dates, birth times and names are sensitive, particularly combined with a phone number. I use them only to prepare your consultation, I never publish or share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. My privacy policy explains exactly what happens to them and where they sit in the process.
