What I collect, why, and how to make me delete it

What I collect
When you book, I collect what that service requires. For numerology that is your full birth name with exact spelling and capitalisation, plus your date of birth. For KP astrology and the complete report it is your date, time and place of birth. For Vastu it is your property address, floor plan and photographs. For marriage compatibility it is the name and birth details of both people. In every case I also take a phone number or an email address so I can reply.
My booking form is submitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. Your details pass through their systems in order to reach me. I run no advertising trackers and no analytics that build a profile of you across other websites, so please do not send through the form anything you would not want in a third party's systems.
What I do with it
One purpose: preparing and delivering your consultation. Not sold, not rented, not shared with third parties for any reason, and not used for marketing. I do not add you to a mailing list because you booked a reading, and I will not pass your details to anyone else, including the other people in a marriage compatibility reading unless they provided them themselves.
I publish no client name, birth detail, chart, photograph or testimonial on this site. If you ask me to reference something publicly, I will ask you in writing first and use only what you have approved.
How long I keep it, and how to get it deleted
Birth details and consultation notes are kept for two years after the last session, then deleted. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, which is longer, and those contain transaction details rather than birth details.
Ask me at any time what I hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@numbervibes.in. I am a small practice operating from India and I handle these myself rather than through a third party, so there is no internal process to wait for.
Because consultations run over phone, video and email, the systems involved are necessarily third-party ones, including the form relay and your email provider. I cannot retract data that has already reached a provider, which is why the form asks for no more than it needs.
Questions people actually ask
The same answers appear in the site's machine-readable files, so an assistant reading this page and an assistant reading llms-full.txt get the same thing.
- Do you sell or share my birth details?
- No. Birth dates, birth times, names and phone numbers are used for one purpose, which is preparing and delivering your consultation. They are not sold, not rented, and not shared with third parties for any purpose, and they are not used for marketing. They are not added to a mailing list because you booked a reading.
- Do you publish client testimonials or results?
- Not without written permission sought first, and we do not use specific ones. Nothing identifying a client, including a name, chart, photograph or birth detail, appears on this site.
- Can I get my data deleted?
- Yes. Email info@numbervibes.in and ask. There is one practitioner, operating from India, and I handle these requests myself rather than through a third party, so there is no internal process to wait for.
